I've just driven to Tory land and back and only took a breaker bar with a 17mm socket
Cable ties and chocks were already in the boot.
I carry jump leads in the car too just in case. I'd rather have to look for someone willing to help me than look for someone who's willing to help me and has a pair of jump leads. Then again maybe you know your battery is fine
