Many thanks Rod,yes I agree,we are very fortunate,mind you not always appreciative,to be blessed with such stunning scenery on our doorsteps,being on the West Coast,we have the sea out of the front door so to speak & the Lake District out of the back door,

Took a few coast based shots yesterday afternoon,& yes,the sun was out again lol,starting with;----

A shot of the yaght mooring area at Workington Harbour,with the snow capped Lake District Mountains forming a backdrop.

Maryport Harbour after the tide had retreated.

Another shot of the setting sun,from the same location,& must say,especially at this time of year we get some spectacular sunsets.
