Thanks guys, just seen the specialist and I am going to have a gastroscope, swallow the camera within the hour. No back end stuff today, I am relieved. He said if he finds an ulcer or a polyp, he will be able to clip it using wires etc, and if it bleeds during the procedure, same thing, he should be able to stop it.
