My CDTi has always been like that, the climate control system just seems to pump out warm air at a comfortable temperature, never really hot as I would become used to in a none CC heating system, but no matter how cold it was outdoors - once the engine was warmed, it was always warm in the car.

I have never been able to roast my feet in the 75. Have you checked the actual temperature in the car?

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
