As mentioned you may have a problem aligning the bush so that you can get the bolts back in, as it is designed to sit on the frame with the weight of the car on its wheels.

If you lightly clamp the bush at one bolt hole with a G clamp then tap the bush until it lines up with the other bolt hole you can fit one bolt, nip it up and then remove the G clamp and fit the other bolt. A small mirror and a torch can aid the alignment.

Only start the bolt threads by hand - don't be tempted to use a spanner until you are sure the bolt is not cross threaded or it could end up a much harder job!
