Hi Dave. First of all our condolences on your loss and I hope you are getting back to some form of normality.
I know just how you must feel as the Missus & I celebrated our 50th anniversary last June and only two days ago I had to take her into A&E for an overnight visit due to a recurring heart condition.
We are, well some of us are at an age when unexpected things happen but they still come a a complete shock when we are called away.
Keep the chin up and remember those happy times together.
