The undertray must lap over the underside of the Dam. When I remove the tray for an oil change, I will mount spire clips over where the holes have been drilled into the undertray to better locate the self tappers. I guess using a cheap undertray may not be as good as a sound proofed/heat treated genuine original, but at the time I coud not source one under £114! ED
