It sounds as if either the clutch master cylinder or clutch slave cylinder is leaking. Try and feel around the master cylinder which is attached to the clutch pedal for any signs of a leak.
You could try bleeding the clutch system just in case a bleed solves the problem, hope for the best but expect the worst, sorry to indicate bad news
