Ended up at the the doc's today. He had me twisting and moving my wrists in all directions while he held onto my hands, think we ended up doing a Masonic handshake
Not really any further forward as to what's giving me the grief, said it "might" be early stages of arthritis. I've to rest them for a couple of days then start exercises.
