MAF cleaner won't work for long, the maf sensor is a very sensitive piece of equipment, it uses a platinum coated wire. It may work temporarily, but you be back to square one very soon. Once it has gone, it has gone unfortunately.

I'm not around the corner otherwise I'd offer to plug the T4 in and see what it says the management light is. Might be worth asking Phil-T4 if he is still doing stuff as he might be the closest.
