I have a Contemporary SE diesel Tourer, and the stats say only around 20 or so like mine still registered. I don't believe it, as I've seen at least one or two others just like mine driving around!

But it's nice to think you're driving around in a rare (future) classic car On that point, I keep seeing cars I used to own now selling for big money, which makes me think why did I ever let them go! Just today, I saw a BMW M535i offered at £15,000 (I sold mine for about £2k). I'm sure my BMW 750iL V12 would now be appreciating in value, but my daughters let it go for €400 only 2 years ago (it was sitting in Spain not being used as they found it "too big to easily park" and I was working abroad at the time, so they gave it away to "compramostucoche" - same as webuyanycar.com) It even had those lovely 18" or 19" deep dish BMW alloys that were worth far more than €400... Such is life!
