Yes that is somewhat confusing isn't it.
Looking at the loom from the donor car that I was sent, starting with the 4 pin connector and referencing it to the picture in my previous post the wires are thus:
Pin 1 = Pink with Yellow trace
Pin 2 = Black
Pin 3 = Pink with Green trace
Pin 4 = Pink with Yellow trace again
Pins 1 & 4 are then bound together a little further down the loom, and result in a single Pink with Yellow trace wire which runs all the way down to the 18 pin connector and arrives at PIN 4
The Pink with Green trace wire arrives at the 18 pin block at PIN 5
There are 3 black wires entering the 18 way connector into PINS 1, 3 and 15 but with the loom so tightly bound up it's hard to trace exactly which one comes from the 4 pin end.
So according to the body electrics workbook posted by Cymrugragon - that equates to:
PIN 1 = Not used
PIN 3 = Evaporator Temperature Thermistor INPUT
PIN 4 = Air Conditioning Switch LED OUTPUT
PIN 5 = Heated Rear Window Switch LED OUTPUT
PIN 15 = Spare 2
It would appear that there must be an additional link lead then that connects to the 18 Pin connector I have, and presumably the 54 pin C0660 connector.
When I have a little more time I will dig deeper into Rave and see if I can confirm this.
