Trying to resolve the same problem on my car. If you turn ignition on (don't start car), select reverse, then check reverse lights are on, and then by putting your ear close to each ultrasonic sensor, you should be able to hear them clicking. Two of mine weren't, so I then checked wiring (Which involved bumper removal, and RH trim panel in the boot). Wiring OK, so have ordered two new sensors, which will hopefully fix the problem. TOAF also reported two sensors open/short circuit. (Which could be wiring or sensors). Why two sensors failed at some point (the car is new to me), I have no idea.
