Bit more research ....
51 95 2 354 325 is for the left hand seat
51 95 2 354 326 is for the right hand seat
They are branded MINI, but it appears to be printed on and should be removable with some paint thinners.
So, looks like I need to order a 59 95 2 354 326 then I should have a pair.
(you have to assume that the head restraint fixings are the same both sides)
