Symptoms:

-Engine cranks normaly with no engine warning lamps
-compression felt out of exhaust ( engine is overhauled by the book)
- no ignition, tested with old plug on one of the leads and with a stroboscope lamp.
-fuel pressure all the way to the injectors, first tested disconnecting the bayonet spraying my t-shirt and by depressing the pressure test connection with the ble cap.
- Fault seeking i discovered that the fwd mounted VIS motor was hot, unscrewed motor housing an the motor started running, the heat came from to much resistance from the flappervalve? Inside the inlet manifold. Tried by hand and must have been to hard for this small motor. Having the vis motor out of the manifold, and electrically connected, it starts running when i turn ignition on and just keeps on running for about 5 minutes before it stops.
-Revcounter reacts when cranking.

Fault codes observed using a Foxwell scanner ( havn’t got the TOAF working properly yet)
P0340
P1477
P1473
P0155
P0152
Had to tell my scanner this was a Freelander 1 V6 to get some codes

Now the big question: Do i have a suspect ECU, giving these symptoms?
And thanks to you all for tips
Check this one: https://www.fixdapp.com/blog/p0340-code <-- Camshaft sensor. I might have one laying around...
P1477 seems to be related to the crankshaft sensor. The other ones seems to be VIS and O2 sensor related.
