That depends upon how long your slow speed has been out of action. Referring to
Arctic's excellent pictorial guide, remove the motor end plate and you will see the four brushes. If they are all still in their holders and the commutator is not chewed to pieces then new brushes is all you need (approx £20).
A replacement Jules fan is £200 I believe and requires careful electrical connection to the control box.
