Thanks Ian, it could have been worse as I cut the foot on coral rock which is full of living organisms. I can't do anything about the ripped off toe nail and Jessica changed the dressing to the wound on the ball of the foot. We have an excellent first aid kit which includes sutures etc. So far, the toe has not gone black and no pus has exuded from the wounds.
Jessica went off on her own today swimming and I stayed in resting up
It is a nice evening here with the sounds of the fishing boats going out for the night.
