Nearly finished now. Just the internal painting to do, finishing the electrics and getting them signed off.
I did contemplate doing it myself but it would have been biting off more than I can chew me thinks! My main part in the build (apart from paying for it
) has been supplying refreshments to the builder
I did however do the wiring/first fix. I'll be installing the socket fronts and lighting this week, then will get the electrician in to install the consumer unit and connect the armoured cable to the household supply. Then he can sign it off with Part P certification.
