I thought I got a deal to buy a bacterial clean and regas for my ZT through Groupon and executed by ATS. But no, lost my money! My aircon doesnt blow cold to start with. They did the vacuum test whichapparently was good. when the regas started it started to leak, the fitter called me over to listen to the hissing leak, which couldnt be found with the UV pen light, although he looked only in a couple of accessable spaces in the vague area of a pipe or two for 5 seconds!! My take is - it was showing leaking on test, he regassed it knowingly which I know is illegal! All in order to say it must have popped a leak on regassing - we regassed it so no refund, sorry mate! i cant prove the test.
Question - can anyone recommend a fitter/company in the Bucks/middlesex/Herts area - Im close to Heathrow.
(My ATS tip is, ask to watch the vacuum test!)
