Smile Where I'm at

Well , firstly , a great thanks to all who have contributed to this thread - as usual in this club , everyone’s there to help and it’s really appreciated .
Now for where I am :-
• Following early advice, I contacted Mickboy and ( huge thanks) he came up trumps with a fresh Brake Master Cylinder which is now fitted and car has passed MOT !!
• Personally I have learnt a lot from the comments and am certainly more aware of other causes of ‘drooping brake pedal ‘ than just Master cylinder. To be honest , I still have something at back of my mind saying ‘Air in the system ‘ ??? - I’ll watch that one in future!

On a general point I could not find a solid ‘how to’ for removing the Brake Master Cylinder ( found one but it only explained what to do once you had got to it !) . Anyway , I decided to go through the motions which involved removal of Wipers , Scuttle , Wipers Drive mechanism and bracket next to Master Cylinder that partly held this mechanism too . Open bleed nipples with 11 mm spanner . Use 13mm spanner to unbolt Master from Servo.
This might be of interest to others in the future ?
All the best and thanks to all.
