The bolt requires a 15mm socket and a short, short extension.
Follow the upper arm to the sub frame, then look at the edge of the sub frame that faces the front of the car. There is a round hole, you get at the bolt via this hole


Warning, these bolts have a history of forcing the captive nut to turn which means it is a sub frame off job.
