I've had mine for many, many years too and the "
plastic 44/45mm/1 3/4" for metal Girling and all A.T.E. systems" fits my brake reservoir (my front calipers are A.T.E.).
I've found that experimenting with the different thickness cap seals usually solves leakage problems and that 15 psi works well for bleeding.
