I thought my steering hose was leaking, as it was absolutely COVERED in oil and dirt.
Turned out to be a long-term leak from the central gasket of the power steering pump, a VERY COMMON fault, according to a company that reconditions the pumps.
IF you haven't had the gasket replaced ever, it WILL be leaking from there.
I obtained a replacement gasket, and happy days.
And Corteco lower engine mounts are available for a reasonable price on eBay.

Find a local car cleaning place, and get the engine bay cleaned.

I am very pleased that I got these two problems out of the way, so I can get back to insanely smiling when I get into the driver's seat.
