I expect the genuine Rover antenna & wheel control to be compatible with that Erisin which looks nice with its large screen without any buttons by the sides like some other radios. You've sold it to me Jan!
My missus' R25 is doing well, still in good condition and still rather young with 115k km and 20 year old (57k km when I bought it 7 years ago!). Always cared for and nothing to complain. A good reliable K engine despite some kill-joys in France & elsewhere!
