I only undo the undertray fixings which are fixed through the addional piece of black plastic trim along the front edge as mentioned above.

When I took the front bumper off my ZT I took the opportunity to drill out all the rusted Phillips screws under the front bumper and replace with stainless steel - someone had obviously tried to remove them in the past and left some snapped and chewed up heads. They don't need to be removed to get the bumper off but they look better than a row of rusty screw heads.
