Just come back from a Tribunal against the DWP, for My grandson, who was denied PIPs last year despite his Depression and mental health issues with a Nil Points assessment.

And now over a year later and after being turned down again by the DWP on the first appeal , he has now been awarded the Max points by the independant Tribunal .

And they have extended this award from the standard 3 up to 5 years before any reassessment.
