If the rest of the UK has nothing to do with Scottish Independence can someone explain what 'Union' means? And why an 'agreement' was signed? Or was it with a crossed finger and one eye?
As it is now, if Scotland were to be faced with a national existential crisis, the rest of the Union would without question bear joint responsibility for any recovery. I'm pretty sure coffers would be opened pdq. Seems awkwardly one sided to me.
Ultimately it looks like a case of political sectarianism driving this historic partnership into the ground.
