1. yes compatible but are the pipes bent in the correct direction
3. Haynes manual does recommend changing drive shaft circle on left side and nuts and bolts at the hub
4. which ever you do you could be wrong, your master cylinder could fail next week or 5 years down the road
you may want to replace the shaft the slave cylinder sits on
