I've been travelling around the northwest and now into the Midlands and have obtained diesel without any real issue other than a few vehicles queuing at filling stations. Filled up at Teso Ashby De La Zouch yesterday at £1.31 a litre.
Seems to me that like most panic buying situations this is yet another one that has been instigated by the media. Maybe someone could get the BBC and newspapers to announce a Rover 75 shortage and get the value of your cars trippled overnight.
