The 190 will have either a 4 wire fan or a 2 wire fan, there is no other standard fitting. ( these are the wires that enter the motor itself)
The 4 wire fans are 3 speed and are prone to brush wear.
The 2 wire fans are 2 speed with an external resistor fitted ( original was silver, upgraded ones are gold)
Both are plug and play interchangeable.

For reliability if you are fitting a used fan try to find a 2 speed 2 wire one with a gold resistor.

Beware the ones off the diesel variant are not plug and play as the relay box is different.

Edit: Six pin? they will be counting the wires in the plugs the six pin one will be the older 4 wire 3 speed type and could be petrol or diesel
...... Five wire could be your garage counting the wires at the plug end which would mean you have a 2 wire 2 speed

Just ask the garage if yours has an external resistor, if so it's a 2 wire 2 speed.

This would appear to be the correct fan for your car, you can just make out the gold resistor behind the fan blade top just to the right
