Doesn't it cost about 5p per mile to run a bottom of the range Tesla, so 120,000 miles would cost £6,000, that is still cheaper than £400,000 for 80 battery changes.
Plus there is the cost of paying whichever supermarket which gets the contract to change over the battery 80 times, quite frightening really. I would luv for Mr Jackson battery to do well, but the expense for the consumer is outrageous, unless I have got my sums wrong.
