I was up at five again, didn't come on here though, fell back into bed as soon as Ging left for work. Third night of about four hours sleep. Didn't get back into a proper sleep though, never do, just lie and doze.

My problem is getting to sleep in the first place. It can take a couple of restless hours. Had bother sleeping since the heart incident which isn't unusual.
Cloudy here, not as cool as it has been in the mornings, doesn't qualify as warm either.
