And that leads nicely on to the next part of the process where there's certain car manufacturers I'll never, ever, purchase another car from regardless of how much the press etc. say that their latest offering is brilliant, fantastic and the "bad old days" are well and truly behind them.
And you're doing exactly the same.

I really do wonder if they are remotely bothered about us - because there will always be someone else coming along, so who cares?
Maybe they'd like to think about how many manufacturers are left and what does history tell them about producing unreliable, shoddily put together vehicles and poor customer service.
