have had this housing fitted for approx 2 1/2 years; the initial stat failed very quickly, i replaced it with a qth107, temp rating 93 deg; this stat has a bleed indent in the flange, and i only acheived 93 deg showing on the obd by driving hard!! i replaced it with another qth107 - same result - the expansion tank is warm at 83 deg !!.
can someone suggest an alternative; the stat has a 54 mm flange.
