Hope you are right, but I do remember a conversation a few years ago with one of the Longbridge Rectification Dept guys. He said if they had a car back with faulty auto transmission which was giving them grief, a Jatco engineer would tell them to bung in an extra litre of fluid as it wasn't that critical.
