I have a contract with 02and have had it for years, I own my own phone. My bill has now gone up to £21pm. I make one phone call a week and send two texts. I have been given a code by a phone company employee who said go to Tesco, give them the code and they will cancel my 02 contract and I will be able to just buy a sim card. Is this correct please?.
