Yes Simon, it may be nothing more than a simple voltmeter and I could get the same info from the instrument pack.

BUT

How do I check the batteries in the other family cars?
The family bus, Sedona people carrier, my sons Corsa or his brothers Insignia or their sisters KA


Yes I do have another simple multi-meter in the garage which I could use.
I haven't tested a battery with the new meter yet, hopefully at the weekend.
