From your reply I think that both of my mirrors have given up.
There is a voltage supply to them as they both open and close with no problems.
Either poor contacts at the mirror or the element is broken.
I don't like playing about with them as they give the impression of being very fragile.
Not sure if it's the same fuse for the element as for the motors.
