Morning, hobbled myself the other day, trying to carry the all the recycling boxes (our's and next door's) up the steps in one go I stumbled and landed on my knees. Knees are ok but I've jarred my hip and lower back, ok sitting but as soon as I'm moving around have a really sharp pain in my left hip, feels like borderline sciatica, just hoping it doesn't go full blown.
