I got a shock this morning...
My car is parked over night on a level space. I put into reverse, and as soon as I started moving I heard a sloshing sound, and a load of water poured down the plastic foot rest on the drivers side!!!
When I was cleaning the car out, I did wonder why the bolt holding the footrest in was very rusty, I think I have the answer now.
The water just rolled under the mat and sat there :-(
Looking at a few other posts with the search facility - it appears that this may be plenum related. Can anyone offer any thoughts please?

Regardless of the weather I'd get out there and check the plenums NOW! You're running on borrowed time there............
