Besides, members who use any on-line translator could cause a "hiccup" by posting a post whereby their meaning was misconstrued by a "translator".

And which particular club rule states that English must be used to write on the Forum?
English may be your second language (by choice, and that is your prerogative), but surely on the Overseas forum members should be able to converse in their own language if they do not posess sufficient expertise in English?
Perhaps that is why input is fairly low here.
