England could have been women's and men's EUFA champions at the same time. After the match Ian Wright Wright Wright came out with "The world cup is next, and we are one of the favourites" and I thought Billy Connolly was funny.

What effect Germany thinking it was their birthday playing England had on their performance, can only be guessed. I guess they had their celebrations pre planned for when they returned home.
