I have driven automatics for about 25 years and I am fairly light footed most of the time.
I will report back after the 75 has been serviced, i will be interested in what the garage has to say.

I tend to ignore the mpg display, although it is generally 20% less than what it should be. It can be corrected though.
I use the range more as a guide, with my brim to brim commute over a month yielding normally around 450-480 per tank (estimated remainder added to distance travelled - when the light first comes on)
