I've only heard one very bad review, happened to a member on here but can't remember who it was. He had the wheels done, all looked fine etc then I think a few days later he took the car to a local car wash and the wheels really badly reacted to the soap. I don't know what they'd done wrong, forgot to add the protective coat maybe? but

Lee the owner asked the member to take the wheels back to them so they could double check what had gone wrong the member refused if my memory is working.
I personally think the car wash used some sort of extra strong cleaning liquid and it reacted to the wheels, but City never close the doors on him that's for sure.
