2 patches will work mate..........over your eyes and you wont find the smokes.
Seriously mate I was on patches for 6 weeks nice and easy - suprisingly enough considering all issues going on around. Then one day, wham good ruck on the phone and that was the end of that.
I am like yourself I don't crave a smoke, boredom or force of habit more likely the cause.
The good lady and I took a few days away, left my smokes at home, didnt bother me once. when she popped back to her place and I fired up the lappy, the smokes came out too.
