Normal body temperature around 37 degrees. Outside temperature - more than that.
That means it's much more difficult to keep "normal" temperature. Think foreign holidays. If you don't have air con, you need to keep cool with cold (preferably non-alcaholic) drinks, showers or swims (safely).
