These were the symptoms of my 2/4 duty solenoid failure.

Mat (DMGRS) did a how to HERE (if you havent seen it already), and provides the resistance values too, for testing.

If you have a warm dry place to carry it out, I would recommend it - it is not difficult, just time consuming, and a lot of fiddly nuts and bolts to remove, which in cold weather is uncomfortable (mine went at the end of Oct/Nov.).

Get a decent sealant for the cover.

If you do not find your replacement solenoid, you may be interested in a repair (I have repaired mine for future use - although I am not holding my breath on its reliability lol). There is a link to a video I discovered on Youtube for repairing these, along with the result of my repair HERE.
