I can now answer two of the questions I was asked yesterday.
1. Dave, you must be psychic! The "bonnet open" light does not work at all, whether the engine is running or not. I assume this is not a coincidence, but I hardly dare ask what the connection is.
2. Pab, yes, there is a ticking sound from the fuse-box when the horn buttons are pressed. Unfortunately, that's the only sound.
