IF you are confident that you've done everything you can in that corner the next place to look would be the ABS unit - either the connector plug on the unit itself.
I'd try checking the gap between hub and sensor (what brand of sensor? hub installed the right way round? Have you got an ABS pulses when using multimeter) and then try cleaning up the ABS unit plug.
