I agree with Jakg in terms of systematic electrical tests on the NSF sensor circuit only. Look for a pulsed output from the sensor, test cable continuity and inspect the ABS unit's connector pins.

Wasn't it established recently that it's the outboard surface of the sensor which faces the hub, not the tip?
